Pastor Tim Burch has been leading the congregation of the 14^th Ave. Gospel Mission Church since Jan. 2002.  He comes to us from Akron, Ohio.  Pastor Tim’s wife, Missi and his 3 daughters Heather, Erin and Alyssa are also a major part of his ministry.  Michael Reid and Joey Wallace have entered the Burch's family as son-in-laws.  Heather & Michael, Erin & Joey are wonderful examples of Christianity.  We can't forget August Dawn Reid and Joey Edward Wallace IV.  They are the pride and joy of Pastor Tim & Missi.  These two grandbabies have forever changed their lives. 

Pastor Tim’s practical preaching will encourage the strongest Christian and compel the lost to be saved. Before joining our church, Pastor Tim served as the Youth Pastor at Victory Chapel in Akron, Ohio for 10 years. He then went to serve as Pastor of the Clinton Freewill Baptist Church in Clinton, Ohio.  Under Pastor Tim’s leadership, the church has introduced many outreach programs such as, Bus Ministry, Teen Ministry, Young Adult Ministry, Judgement House.  Pastor Tim has often said, “If we are not moving forward we are falling behind”.  The church has continued to move forward reaching as many people as possible.  You are sure to receive a warm friendly smile from Pastor Tim and his wife Missi upon visiting with us.
